Thanks for coming by. Yes, I'm half-Mexican and I write this blog for U.S. employers of Mexican labor (Central American labor, too). If you've never employed Mexican or Central American workers, it's impossible for you to understand the frustration of honest employers managing their priceless Hispanic workforce by trial & error. Guessing and offending. This site is especially for employers that would rather know and respect instead of guess and offend. Study the respectful advice to reduce your frustration and help you avoid profit-killing mistakes you are prone to make with your Hispanic labor force. If you implement my tips, I promise you, your Hispanic and non-Hispanic workers will develop a relationship built on respect and trust. You'll be seen as an employer of choice. An employer who truly cares about their workers. Warning: Many people who have never employed or supervised Mexican or Central American laborers think my advice is politically incorrect. The subject is politically touchy because we have been brainwashed to believe we should manage all workers the same way. Except the brainwashers forgot about culture. And by treating everyone the same, we are actually offending many and we don't even know it. The harsh reality is the majority of those critics have not spent over 21 years researching respectful ways to manage a Mexican or Central American workforce. I respectfully tell it like it is. For your benefit. For your workers' benefit. Enjoy, Emeric P.S. If you're new here, you may want to sign up for the special report Ultimate Hispanic Workforce Management Success Mini-Course. Mooseburgers and Mexicans?  Part 1 of 2

I brought this post back by popular demand.

Ever eat a mooseburger?  Bullwinkle on
a bun?

How does this have anything to do with
cranking-up profits, cutting labor cost
and increasing productivity with your
Mexican workers?

More than you might imagine. Read on and
discover.

Gov. Palin eats Mooseburgers. Funny fare
to most palates unless you’re from a faraway
land like Palin.

Your Mexican workers are also from a faraway
land…sharing a border…but worlds away.

Mooseburgers are in a world of their own.
So are Mexicans.

You probably heard about mooseburgers because
Alaska’s Gov. Sarah Palin raves over the
flavorful rich, organic, healthy, lean meat.

I’ll bet last Fall Gov. Palin was quite homesick after
being gone so long on the campaign trail.

The first guy who gave her a mooseburger
with all the fixins would be treated like an
old friend, trusted, loyal, gracious and
respected.

Ever hear of “comfort food”?

Sarah Palin will almost magically
“give the shirt off her back” to the
gracious giver.

It’s a mental debt to the giver of
comfort food.

Most Americans don’t understand the power
of what I call the “comfort food-homesick
phenomenon”.

You see Palin is far from home…
like your Mexican workers.

And Palin can physically get back home
anytime she wants.

Not as easy for your Mexican workers.

Gov. Palin’s first bite of the warm juicy
mooseburger instantly takes her home to a
safe comfortable place around the dinner
table with her husband and kids.

A virtual safe haven in her mind.
A place of familiar refuge,
with her loved ones.

You want your Mexican workers to be
loyal, and highly productive…
…employees that would do anything for you.

In Part 2 of Mooseburgers and Mexicans
you’ll discover the rest of the story.

I’ll tell you exactly how to harness
the power of the comfort food-homesick
phenomenon.

Because you want your Mexican workers
to see you the way Gov. Palin would treat
you if you handed her a juicy mooseburger.

See you soon,

Emeric
