Tamale Triangle Part 1 of 2

Thanks for coming back to check things out. I hope you've used this information to take respectful win-win action. Make it a Great Day! Emeric

Today, you’ll find out about the TAMALE TRIANGLE.

Contrary to popular belief, the Tamale Triangle is

not the experience of getting lost after one too many

margaritas in a pine-sol scented Mexican bar.

The Tamale Triangle is the KEY to your success beyond stupid industry norms with your Mexican workers.

You want to hit a grand-slam in your business, not just some dribbler to the pitcher.

Draw a triangle or visualize it : A triangle with equal sides.

Inside the first side is TRUST. The second side is

MORALE. The last side is LOYALTY.

Underneath the triangle is RESPECT.

In Mexican culture,

Respect is the foundation of the Tamale Triangle.

  • Respect drives trust.
  • Respect drives morale.
  • Respect drives loyalty.

(For the H2 program users: just because your workers return each year doesn’t mean they are loyal to you- that’s another discussion)

Respect creates the environment where motivation

grows and stays at high, profitably productive levels.

In part 2 of Tamale Triangle, you’ll discover some ways

to show respect. – Emeric P.S. Leave me a comment!
